dirCaster hacked to use ID3v.2

I did this ages ago before I setup this blog, but I modded/hacked/buggered around with Ryan King's dirCaster to include ID3v.2 tags. If you don't know what dirCaster is, well created before PodCast-A-Matic, it is a PHP script that creates an RSS feed automatically from your ID3 tags in your MP3 - so all you do is upload the MP3 and voila! Instant XML goodness!

I stopped using it because I wanted a blog and because it can timeout with a lot of large files...but hey I'm not a coder! Maybe some of you PHP whizzes could fix/optimise that?

NOTE: This is probably best for those web/PHP geeks and not the novice user - I'm releasing this hack with no guarantees; no support, but feel free to use and adapt...if you do use it let me know, and maybe check out the fixes in dirCaster 0.4 which was released after this hack? I think he fixed the very same ampersand problem that I fixed but there may be other gremlins in there!

P.S. That's the old-skool meaning of 'hack' BTW, not the newer more 3l33t sad g33ky h4x0r version of silly script kiddies...
