My partner in crime at the Parkade, Amanda Shinki aka Miss Cyberpink has created a mashup - and mighty fine it is too - Depeche Mode's Strangelove (Blind mix) vs Cameo's Word Up...I got a preview before she span it at the BootieSL party (which I was at, early Sunday morn with Kirk post-clubbing at Duckie in London! We were a little, err, mashed up appropriately!) and I heartily recommend...especially for those 80's luvverz out there! Also expect to hear it on the show soon.

Was a lot of fun to do despite it being delayed 3 days by the Virtumonde trojan. Does what it says on the tin - mashup video of Depeche Mode, Neon Neon and Latour. Was a lot of the other sort of 'fun' synching via After Effects, I can tell you!Quite proud of this - mashing up the great 'People are Still Having Sex' Latour video, Neon Neon's Jellyfish-tastic effort and the classic 'on a ship hitting things' Depeche Mode video for People are People.80's, 90's and 00's all in one mashup! OK this was premiered at CMP 9 - I think this is fairly obvious and hope no-one has already done it, I finished it several weeks ago and have been scared since then someone would do it as well!

Basically the new Neon Neon (Gryff from Super Furry Animals and Boom Bip) is ace, but the track 'I Lust U' is more than slightly influenced by a certain Depeche Mode track, so I've mashed People are People and I Lust U together, with occasional interventions from Latour's People Are Still Having Sex.

I think it's brill and one of my best, but then I would would'nt I?
